An amazing sand sculpture at the Virginia Beach Neptune Fest

Neptune Fest means the end of summer in Virginia Beach. The board walk is busy with people enjoying amazing sand sculptures which defy gravity, outdoor concerts, artisans selling their wares, delicious foods, scrumptious desserts; my personal favorite is kettle corn!

If you get a chance to visit be sure to stay at a hotel on the boardwalk so that you can people watch. Have fun!
